Progress at Petworth

A slightly muddy visit to Rosemary Lane last week in the pouring rain!  These images show how much progress has been made on Plots 3 and 4 with the front lawn being laid and flower beds planted.

These properties are close to the heart of Petworth and everything that this historic town has to offer.  Enjoy a cup of coffee at The Hungry Guest café or visit their amazing Cheese Room for fine artisan cheese.  Browse in the Petworth Book Shop, a gem of an independent bookshop, or one of the multitude of antique shops throughout the town.  Petworth House contains of the National Trust’s finest collection of pictures and offers the opportunity for country walks in the beautiful parkland setting.

Glorious Chichester Countryside

Despite some early morning rain on Saturday the sun came out in good time for the Open House at Seaward’s development at West Lavant Barns.  This provided the ideal opportunity for a leisurely walk up from the centre of Chichester to take in the beautiful scenery.

These images were taken during the walk and show what fabulous West Sussex countryside is right on the doorstep of Seaward’s two developments in Chichester, Roman Fields and West Lavant Barns.

There are well-signposted public footpaths across the fields and the well-used Centurion Way from Chichester to Lavant also provides the opportunity to walk, run, cycle or even roller skate in a safe environment away from the traffic.

The Barns themselves looked glorious in the sunshine and both available properties enjoy great views across the countryside.
